What is Gaimz?:
Gaimz is an esports app that doesn’t just connect users with everything related to esports but also rewards skilled players, content creators and esports journalists.
How do the rewards work?:
- Skilled Players
While only a handful of selected pro players across multiple games are earning a significant income others are left out without any income. Gaimz has made it its main purpose for those players to challenge others for real cash — yes you heard it right you have to invest in yourself like you invested in your fancy gaming computer or $300 gaming chair. Okay, here we go again, another service that is just targeting people with deep pockets! No, we don’t just target gamers that can afford investing in themselves — we have built an entire system where you can trade in your old items and cosmetics for actual cash that you can re-invest in yourself or donate to others (more about donations later) besides that you can also complete certain tasks or play in tournaments to generate income that you can use to wager on yourself. In the end of the day, it’s up to you and your possibilities to play for large amounts or small amounts.
2. Content Creators
Twitch, Mixer, Youtube Gaming, Smashcast, AfreecaTV, Dlive, Caffeine and others (not even to mention Chinese platforms) all face the same problem — it’s called Content Discovery. Well, what do we mean by that? Simple, what happens when you have a million people broadcasting on your platform or millions of videos uploaded every hour? Correct! Most of it gets lost and will never be viewed. So how can you truly make your stream appear to the community? We believe that we have a very solid solution. We won’t remove the viewer counter, but we will encourage streamers to hide their viewer counter by letting them earn coins for every minute they stream and those coins can be redeemed to promote your stream to people waiting for a match. In the shop category and for many of these coins you can even promote on our featured streams (no you won’t be able to promote your stream on other streamers’ pages as this belongs exclusively to them). Wait what about us viewers? We knew you would ask that and here is our answer! Simple, everyone watching a stream will receive coins to donate, challenge, compete or simply promote their and their favorites streams / content creators video. We don’t care about which platform you are on and we don’t ask you to leave your platform for another one and even if you do your unique URL, your streaming page will always be the same only the video player will change. On top of that, we’ve created multiple features that are very engaging for the viewers and the streamers and for some of them you require those coins!
3. Gaming & esports journalists
While we are not offering a fancy job at ESPN esports or VentureBeat’s gaming department — we want to offer a way for making a living to everyone who contributes to the gaming community. If you enjoy writing about your favorite game or esports title, you can now additionally publish it on Gaimz (we don’t mind exclusives) and for each read you receive coins and again you will be able to use the coins all the features or simply turn them into cash! People can also donate some of the coins if they enjoyed reading your article and with each point donation you get more visibility and earn more coins.
